Exchanges
Accidentally order the wrong size or not happy with the fit of your item? If you're interested in exchanging an item for a different size get in touch via our Contact form. We'll be happy to help you out.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please make a return request straight away via our Contact form and we'll talk you through the best way to do so. You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it, items cannot be returned after this time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in exactly the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your returned item meets our quality inspection approval, we will issue a refund to your original/preferred method of payment.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Your privacy matters to us hence we will never pass on any of your information. Our shop is SSL protected for an extra layer of security at checkout. Your payments are processed by Paypal or Stripe who both have super high levels of security on all transactions.
